LoadPR

Load the bar. Track the record.

A PR tracker with a plate calculator colored like real plates, percentages, and an Apple Watch app.

The Calculate screen: bench press at 225 lb, two blue 45 lb plates a side, and the PR progress chart

  • The deadlift chart: every PR since November 2024, rising to 435 lb
  • Deadlift history: the current PR of 435 lb above the earlier records
  • The timer set to EMOM, ten rounds of one minute

What it does

  • Plate calculator

One side of the bar, with plates colored the way lifters already know them. It loads the heaviest plates first, shows the closest weight you can actually load, and uses your gym’s plates, in lb or kg.

  • Percentages

Eight presets from 50% to 95%, plus your own. Rounding at 2.5, 5 or 10 so the number lands on real plates.

  • PR tracking

Weight, reps and date for every record, with an estimated 1RM and a progress chart for each lift.

  • On Apple Watch

Leave the phone in the bag. Pick a lift, turn the Digital Crown to a percentage of your max, and read the plates off your wrist.

Load the bar, then get back to lifting.

LoadPR is free to download on the App Store, for iPhone and Apple Watch.
