A negotiation preparation app, on the App Store.
The problem
People walk into negotiations, from a salary to a supplier contract, without having written down what they want, where they would walk away, and what they would do instead. The preparation that professionals do takes ten minutes and almost nobody does it.
The approach
Nego is a native iOS app that walks you through that preparation as a set of cards, keeps everything on the device, and sells one thing through StoreKit 2. It was designed to feel like an Apple app, not a form. The whole product was built, tested and released by the studio, including the App Store listing in three languages.
Where it is now
Live on the App Store since 2026, with a maintenance release shipped after launch. It is the studio's proof that it ships consumer software end to end, not only pipelines.
